By the lake we met a belgian couple renovating a hotel dating from Idi Amin's time. So far three rooms are finished and the restaurant is ready also. There is alot of idealism involved. Getting the authorizations is difficult, finding good workers is even harder....and finally with Museveni, the present president business is going well....but who knows what will come afterwards. Things change quickly in Africa and you may lose you're live's work in an instant.
